Pricing


the floor price for custom-made items is RM100.The total pricing is dependent on the type of item and the design.Different designs will carry different prices.


Ordering process


1. kindly fill in ordering form and mail us
2. we will put your name on the "waiting list".
3. We will inform you when your turn is soon to come of which we will need you to deposit RM50.
4. After this process, we will start on your shoes.


Post-completion process


1. After your shoes have been completed, we will email you and post the pictures on this website.
2. After we receive full payments of the shoes, we will ship them to you via poslaju.


Changes/cancellation


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible (within 3 days after you place an order) to charlievboutique@gmail.com . We will try our best to accomodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that a purchase can be modified or cancelled once your order has been submitted. You are advised not to change your design or cancel your order after you have paid the deposit.


Returns/exchange


For the purchase of  goods made to order: withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.The client is advised that images and photographs may differ from the appearance of the actual product.


Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are currently made within Malaysia only. All purchases will be made via Poslaju. For custom made items, please allow 2-4 business weeks (from ordering date) to process your order for shipment. Charlie V is not responsible for unanticipated delays or loss during shipping.
